Copyright & Trademarks

Last updated June 17, 2026

This notice explains who owns what in bet.ything — the parts we own, the content you create, and how to report material you believe infringes a copyright.

Ownership and copyright

The App, the betything.nare.li service, and all of their software, design, text, graphics, layouts, and other materials we provide (excluding content created by users) are owned by Nareli or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Nareli. All rights reserved. Except for the limited licence granted in the End User License Agreement, no rights are granted to you in the App or its materials.

Trademarks

“bet.ything”, “Bet.Ything”, the wordmark, and the bet.ything logo are trademarks of Nareli. You may not use them without our prior written permission, including in a way that is likely to cause confusion about whether we sponsor or endorse something. All other product and company names mentioned in the App may be the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Your content

You own the content you create in bet.ything — your team names, bets, brackets, pseudo, display name, avatar, and other text. We do not claim ownership of it. To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit your content solely to provide and maintain the App for you and the members of your private group. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual copies that persist briefly in routine backups.

Reporting copyright infringement

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content in the App infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to support@nare.li that includes:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it in the App.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material in question and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

Open-source acknowledgement

bet.ything is built with the help of open-source software, which remains the property of its respective authors and is used under its own licences. Those licences are acknowledged and respected, and nothing in this notice limits any rights you may have under them.
